Finding the Right Counsellor
We offer a range of counsellors with different levels of experience and areas of focus. All of our clinicians are trained professionals who receive ongoing supervision and support.
If you’re new to counselling or looking for general support, our Associate and Junior Associate counsellors are a great place to start.
If you’re looking for more experience or have worked with a counsellor before, a Senior Associate may be a good fit.
If you’re seeking more complex or specialized support, you may wish to work with our Clinical Director.
If you’re unsure, we are always happy to help match you with the right counsellor.
Counselling Rates
Laura Bradley (MTC, RCS 2022) brings over 20 years of clinical experience and provides leadership, supervision, and mentorship within the practice.
Her work is best suited for clients seeking more complex or specialized support, or those who prefer working directly with a senior clinician in a leadership role.

Senior Associate counsellors offer extensive experience and are well-suited for clients seeking support with more complex or long-standing concerns, or those who prefer working with a highly experienced clinician.

Looking to Start Soon?
If you’re hoping to begin counselling quickly, we recommend booking with one of our Associate or Junior Associate counsellors, who often have more immediate availability.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of your session. We accept cash, debit (New West office only), Interac eTransfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. After payment is received, a receipt will be issued by email.
Insurance Coverage
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be subject to the full session fee.
Confidentiality
All of the information that we share together is strictly confidential unless one of the following should occur:
- The courts subpoena my files.
- I am subpoenaed as a witness in court.
- I suspect a case of child abuse that has not been previously reported. In this case I am required by law to report to the Ministry for Children and Families.
- If you threaten to harm yourself or another. In this case I am also required to report this to the proper authorities.
