Jennifer Harder, Associate Counsellor
Accepting New Clients
Session Type
In-Person, Online or By Phone
Office Location
New Westminster
Jennifer is highly intuitive and uses cognitive skill, emotional intelligence and somatic awareness to help individuals fully embrace their struggle, in order to heal and grow. The therapeutic modalities she practices from are: Bowen Family Systems Theory, Neuroscience (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Transpersonal Perspective, Constellations and Somatic awareness. She believes that we are mind, body and spirit. Deep emotional pain can push us to our “edge.” On this edge our bodies, our minds and our spirits desire reprieve and connection. The process of healing can often feel like an overwhelming and tender time. She offers a loving, compassionate and safe space for clients to explore this scary or unknown territory.
Josh Dempsey, Associate Counsellor
Accepting New Clients
Session Type
Online or By Phone
Josh believes in real connection with his clients, and uses an approach that is centred on relationships, bringing in techniques based on Gestalt, Bowen’s Family Systems Theory, Transpersonal Psychology, AEDP, Somatic, and Experiential Therapy (among others). He intends to be a compassionate space for clients to feel safe, seen and heard without judgement, to have them feel supported, reassured, encouraged, and sometimes literally cheered on. Sessions will look to build confidence, self-awareness, and your ability to enrich the relationships within your life. Looking at both past and current experiences, as well as Emotional Processing, sessions will attempt to uncover the origins of your thoughts and feelings, and the triggers that can cause disruption in relationship with self and others.
