These are intense times with a global pandemic, and public health guidelines that have us staying home more. For anyone who’s used to living a fast, busy life, less activity, essentially a pause, can be difficult to do. I invite you to take a few minutes for a deep breathing exercise. I encourage you to take a little time each day to take a breath and slow down, allow yourself to check. You deserve it.
